The Wellstead Co.

I’m Niki —
and this is The Wellstead Co.
Support for moms navigating big decisions with clarity and courage.
I’m Niki — and I get how disorienting early motherhood can be.
I didn’t always feel steady in my body or my mind.
I’ve walked through seasons of overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, and trying to hold it all together while quietly falling apart.

What changed wasn’t a perfect routine or more information.
It was learning how to take responsibility for my health — physically, mentally, and spiritually — one hard, faithful step at a time.

I learned how to work with my mind instead of fighting it.
How to care for my body without obsessing over it.
And how to stop spiraling long enough to actually move forward.

The Wellstead Co. was born out of that work.

This is where I share what’s helped me build resilience — in motherhood, health, faith, and everyday life — and where I help other moms remember they’re capable of more than they feel right now.

You don’t need fixing.
You need support, truth, and someone willing to walk forward with you.

Inside, you’ll learn what’s routine vs. optional, where you have a voice, how to ask better questions, and how to stay grounded when decisions come fast.
This isn’t about control or perfection. It’s about preparation, discernment, and walking into birth steady instead of scrambling.
For When Your Thoughts Won't Slow Down
Take the Reins
This podcast is for the mom who feels the weight of responsibility — and isn’t sure she trusts herself yet.

The mom who’s trying to make thoughtful, informed choices about her body, her baby, and her family…
but finds herself spiraling after appointments, replaying conversations, or feeling frozen when decisions come fast.

Take the Reins is where we talk honestly about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, faith, health, and the mental load of motherhood — without fear tactics or false confidence.

It’s about learning how to pause, ask better questions, and make decisions from a grounded place — even when your thoughts feel loud.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just need help staying present long enough to choose.
